Candidate must have minimum 2 Years Experience in IT Support & Troubleshooting.
Responsible: To provide technical knowledge and deliver helpdesk support, remote, onsite, and IT related projects.
Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support and assisting for vendor liaise.
